During my career as an investment real estate specialist, I encountered far too many colleagues and real estate investors that had little-to-no understanding about the real estate investing terms, rates of return and formulas.
It seemed like a good idea, therefore, to briefly discuss them under one of two categories: basic and advanced. The basic represents the terms and formulas that you (as an agent or investor) should know at the very least, and the advanced takes it a step further for those of you who are seriously planning to become more actively engaged with real estate investing.
