REIA Members come out and join us the 2nd Monday of the month to The Multi-Family / Commercial Subgroup. Led by Adam Balsinger, a full time real estate investor since 2014. He’s done wholesale deals, fix and flips and rentals. He currently runs a wholesaling business in the Greater Philadelphia area and has a passion for buy and hold real estate, the more units the better! He’s currently involved in over 300 doors and is actively building his portfolio with a goal of 1,000 doors by 2021. Adam is also passionate about helping other investors and entrepreneurs find success.
