We meet at The Wine Shop at Rivergate, 14142 Rivergate Parkway, Suite 200 Charlotte, NC 28273. Led by Adam Balsinger, a full time real estate investor since 2014. He’s done wholesale deals, fix and flips and rentals. He currently runs a wholesaling business in the Greater Philadelphia area and has a passion for buy and hold real estate, the more units the better! He’s currently involved in over 300 doors and is actively building his portfolio with a goal of 1,000 doors by 2021. Adam is also passionate about helping other investors and entrepreneurs find success.
This is not a group for beginners. The Multi-Family / Commercial Subgroup is for the Seasoned Investor.
We’ll be bringing in speakers to discuss every facet of real estate investing. SUBGROUPS are FREE to REIA MEMBERS, Guests are $20. Guests can attend one general Membership meeting (First Thursday of the month) for FREE If they choose to join, they can apply the $25 subgroup meeting fee towards a membership.
