Colleen is currently the business development manager at Rabbu, a startup company that originally formed here in Charlotte, NC. She has a passion for traveling which is how she ended up in the industry, and now has almost 10 years of experience working in hospitality. Prior to moving to Charlotte to join the team at Rabbu, Colleen worked as a sales manager for Wyndham Worldwide where she gained the knowledge and insight on the ever growing hospitality industry and how it is evolving. She has been with Rabbu for close to a year now and has helped them grow their brand and their portfolio significantly over the past few months. Her and her team have not only continued managing short-term rental properties, but have internally developed software to automate many of the daunting tasks involved with managing an Airbnb property. Because of her experience and industry knowledge, she has been able to help others become successful Airbnb hosts by walking them through the entire process from choosing a good STR investment property, to furnishing it, to getting it listed, to attracting guests and providing them with great experiences, and much more.”
